Business Functions include luncheons, meetings, seminars & lectures, retreats, and small conferences. Business Functions do not include parties & receptions. Refreshments and/or meals for business functions may be arranged through the staff for an additional fee.
All rental prices include a one-year $30 membership to Historic Camden, which is required to rent the property. All Rentals require a non-refundable $75 deposit, which is deducted from the rental fee. Renter must review/sign contract with a staff person to activate contract. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to rental date.
Staff must approve floor plan
for tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, entertainment location, etc.
Floor plans are due 6 weeks before rental date.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required 2 weeks before rental. A refund check will be issued by Historic Camden if there is no damage to the house or grounds.A $25 event closing fee by a staff member is also due with this payment
